We have a problem with the SLX Sync Service.
When we run the sync server manually, everthing works fine.
The problem is with the sync service automation:
We have configured the automated sync service in the Administrator.
When we now look at the monitor console, the sync service appears with its green symbol as if it was working, but in the history and pendig job grids there are only empty lines. We scheduled the service for every 30 mins, but nothing happens.
Its SLX 754 on a 2008 windows server.
Does anybody have an idea what's going wrong here?

Have you tried completely removing the Sync Automation and reconfiguring it as below. This often works (assuming you have tried restarting the SalesLogix Synchronisation first)

We found it!
The SyncServer had been moved to another machine, also the sync automation file location had changed.
In the registry of the sync server machine, we found this entry:
This entry still pointed to the old service file location.
We changed it to the new location and now the sync automation works.
