Has there been any resolution to this problem? I have had the same issue trying to run mail merge. In addtiion, any attempts to create a new template completely crashes Saleslogix. (Running Windows 7 64-bit, Office 2013 Home and Business 32-bit on SalesLogix v18.104.22.16834) I am not in a position to change my version of Office.

I apologize for my inexperience. Prior to my original post, I tried researching the knowledge base but I wasn't able to find the KB article #1408965059 anywhere online so I thought I misunderstood your post. Any suggestions on where to go to find the article and fix this frustrating problem once an for all?

Yes, unfortunately, that document is marked internal only for some reason.
Best speak to your BP (or, if you are a BP, your account manager) to see if you can get them from Swiftpage direct.
They are four registry changes and, frankly, not top secret but - hopefully - Mike Cessna (swiftpage employee) will see this and post them up here for others. I can't do it myself I'm afraid.
