New remote user not showing up as a contact in DB

Hello everyone,

 

I recently added a Remote user using the same template I've always used. Weird problem. The user didn't populate in our contacts. I've searched the contacts table and no luck. Is there a way to manually add the user to the contacts table?

Users are not Contacts... So unless you have some special external code (the admin.exe app is NOT customizable) to "clone" a user as a Contact (under an Account) - as they say.. ".. you can't get there from here.."

Yeah, thanks RJ.  I'm goin crazy. Misunderstanding on my end as to how we were handling that.  Thank you though!
