Need help, I'm new with Saleslogix

Hi everyone, I would like to ask for assistance what I need to check.  I have an Administrator instance of saleslogix and Saleslogix Client but the application is not launching.  Please advise what are possible cause of this problem and things that I need to check.  My version is 6.2.

Could you provide some details like the Operaring system, what has chanced recently etc? for starters.

Hi,

  The application was installed on Windows 2000.  I believe there's nothing new with the machine, no updates done as per the administrator.
