We're in the middle of upgrading to 8.0 and mobile 2.2. I'm getting errors when saving records on my android phone but the message is very ambiguous (error on server). I can't find any logs for the mobile site and there is nothing in the event viewer on the server. Can anyone tell me if the mobile site supports logging, how to turn it on, and/or other ways to troubleshoot. Thanks.

The "errors" are logged ON the user's mobile device.
So if you go into SLX Mobility App "Settings" and then you can look at the "errors"... However, to understand these "errors" you will need to know a lot about SData and how the "queries" are formed, etc.
Typically we have seen 99% of the "errors" are Slx data related.. missing stuff in your db.. "blanks" where there should be nulls.. Bad foreign key values, etc.
Mobility IS our specialty and feel free to contact me directly - we are right up the road from you:

..Oh yes.. there's a ver nice (easy) customization "add-in" module that will let you email the "log" from the mobility device. I put it in ALL of the mobility deployments we do.
