Yes, Admin is able to add/edit/delete. Here's a couple screenshots of the Role and Action I created:

It looks like you are running v7.5 from your screen shots - This is a known defect within this version Im afraid (Defect ID: 1-79094)

I tried finding that Defect ID in the SwiftPage SalesLogix customer portal but it was not found. do you have access to it from some place else that you could forward it to me? My next step is to determine if I can apply whatever fix there is or upgrade my web client without also having to upgrading my Lan client. Lan needs to remaine 7.5.4

We are a Saleslogix BP so we use the Partner Portal. I’m surprised it is not on the Customer Portal.. Unfortunately, as you can see below, there is no fix other than to upgrade which means both platforms. Is there any reason why your LAN platform needs to remain at v7.5.4?

Emma, would you know if it is possible to upgrade SLX Web to 8.x but leave SLX LAN on 7.5.4?

No worries.
With regards to the upgrade, it is not possible whatsoever I’m afraid due to schema changes and provider updates along with everything else.
