We are using Saleslogix 7.5.2 with remote users across the country. Recently we are experincing with missing data when Syncronise by our remote users. One eg. is not showing Sales figures by Account manager Calendar MTD in Sales dashboard. I have checked the windows event and found following error every 10 minites.
"2011-06-02 16:36:25,991  ERROR Sage.SalesLogix.Intellisync.SyncModule.SLXIntellisyncMembershipProvider [(null)] - No valid Network Users license available"
Remote user are suscesfully sycronise in their end and same in serverside but can not figure out how to sort missing informaiton in Saleslogix.
