We have SLX Web deployed on Windows 2008 R2 (IIS 7). We get some deadlocks in the event log:
ISAPI 'C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_isapi.dll' reported itself as unhealthy for the following reason: 'Deadlock detected'.
Which often lead to users seeing an "Error in /SlxClient" page when accessing the web client. I think the IIS worker thread at that point stays alive, but isn't able to do anything.
According to this link, it seems that setting the Managed Pipeline Mode to "Classic" instead of "Integrated" will allow the app pool to at least recycle automatically (as it did in IIS 6), instead of simply hanging.
Has anyone faced the same situation or can someone suggest a better solution?
Thanks in advance.
