Re: File applied and resent because it was created before last database?

Craig,

I apologize for the delay getting this out.

I can tell you it has been fixed and is awaiting to be built and verified by QA.

We should hopefully have something soon for you.

Re: File applied and resent because it was created before last database?

Paul,

Just to make you aware I received the new HF 25 via UK support and this has been applied, however I am still seeing failedtrans with no update fields.

I have fed this back via UK support.

Craig,

Thanks for keeping us posted as well.  We were wondering if anything has been happening with HF25.

Re: File applied and resent because it was created before last database?

Paul, et al

After the initial few failed trans being seen we have had no further instances of this happening, I cannot quite explain why these were seen as the updates were clearly after the new HF25 was applied but just to let you all know this now appears to be working fine for us.

Many thanks Paul for all your help and input.

Regards
