I've seen references to ExcludedDomains as a System Option to ignore certain email addresses with the desktop integration, when logging email to history, or using send to slx.
Where is that set, and is there any problem with adding our own domain so users are only prompted for customer addresses?
Also, anyone seen 'Could not process SendSLX message: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.' We get it on random messages.

SLX Admin --> Tools --> Options --> Outlook

This is where you can find the options to enable\disable it however the functionality is not currently working in 8.1, see http://community.saleslogix.com/t5/Saleslogix-Developer-Discussions/SLX-8-1-Exclude-internet-domains...
Has also been reported to support but no movement as yet and I am not holding my breath.
