I updated the existing History index and included Account.Account as a filter option. I've tried rerunning the full indexes, and I've tried restarting the services, but it doesn't seem to work in the Lan client front end. The Account filter appears, but if I enter valid account names in there it can't find any records at all. If I leave it blank, it works fine. Any ideas what would cause this?

I'm having a similar problem both in Web and LAN client. I edited the Account index, added 2 fields from a custom 1:1 table. The fields show up in the "Filter By" area, but, if i enter a value in there, the search never returns data. Saleslogix 8.1 with core updates 01, 02, 03.
