We have a Citrix XenDesktop 7.1 App Edition in a Windows 2012R2 Server where We are publishing SalesLogix 7.5.3.
All run fine but the data access is slow. For example, When We are consulting the projects the data access is very slow. The screen is freezen for many seconds.
The SLXSystem.exe is installed as a service.
Any idea?.

You might have more of an issue here as v7.5.3 is not supported/qualified for Windows 2012 R2.

Thank Adam, but I missed a detail, We are publishing the LAN client of Saleslogix not the server. We installed the SQL native client 10.0 in the server. The compatibilty guide indicate that the Windows client is not compatible or missing for Windows 2012 but, Do you know why some query to SalesLogix Server the performance is very slow?.
