We are asking our sales team to change the status for the targets from "launched" to "responded" after they've worked with an account on the program we are tracking. But it appears they don't have the rights. We have them fairly locked down to what they can and can't do generally in Saleslogix. Is there one place I can go to to change those rights specifically?

Nothing modified - using the standard campaigns module.

Im 99.9% sure this is due to customisation/modification to your system. I would speak with the person/company that deals with your development and ask them if they have modified this area.
