This changes was made to take advantage of some new paging functions specific to SQL 2012 but uses the old method on SQL 2008, etc.
Sounds like a specific issue with a group to me.

@John - To expand on your comment about it more than likely to be a (particular) group issue - There's been some reports out there that indicate people are seeing this a lot on upgraded systems.
There was also a rumor floating around you folks (SLX) may have a (stand-alone) "tool" that will examine the group SQL to determine if it has "bad stuff" (ex: ref to tables/fields that do not exist, ref to users that are retired or no longer exist, etc)..
If true - can you guys post it (w/source) to GH?.. or at least make it a download off the partner/customer portal(s)?
